There is still a long road ahead for football players looking to extend their careers by making the 20-man roster of the Bayshore Brawlers, a first-year franchise in the Eastern Indoor Football League that will begin play next February. That did not stop 37 athletes, mostly locals, from lacing up the spikes for Saturday’s open tryout at the Tab Ramos Sports Center.
