CROWN POINT — The Board of Public Works and Safety on Friday put down dollars to get a plan in place for a citywide sports complex. In a special meeting Friday morning, the board awarded a contract for $19,850, plus any reimbursable expenses to The Schneider Corp., Indianapolis, for the plan.
